Prostate Cancer Diagnosis Tests

Can you help with this question about prostate cancer and pomegranate juice?
I have strong family history of prostate cancer (Father and older brother). I am now over 65 years and my PSA tests have remained at normal levels I have to test and a rectal exam performed by a urologist annually. I heard recently that pomegranate juice may be useful in the treatment of men with prostate cancer whose cancer continues to advance wiith despite radiation and / or hormone therapy. What I would like to know is this: (1) Is there any evidence that could help prevent or delay the onset of the disease? and (2) Is some indication that might interfere with early diagnosis skewing the PSA test?
Yes I have heard of the pomegranate juice also is effective in preventing prostate cancer are due to medical uses. However, it does not cure the disease set in. There is not any indication of negative antigen test prostate specific done. This was confirmed by my oncologist friend. Secondly, while I appreciate you're taking every precaution to contain this disease, I ask not to be afraid of doing things. If you are for something that you would not otherwise get. Take it and I think the whole positive. Nothing will happen. Best of luck
