Metastatic Prostate Cancer

Side effects RTU channel - Metastatic Prostate Cancer?
My father is 65 and has metastatic prostate cancer. You are taking calutide and monthly Zoladex. Because of the obstruction in urination for a long time we have surgery, your channel TURP conducted last month. The urine flow was good for about 20 days. After he was slight decrease in the flow of urine. One morning all of a sudden complete obstruction of urine and we rushed to a hospital, but I catheter. Doctor says his prostate tissues have obstructed the urine channel in just one month which is quite unusual. My question is: - The cancer tissue can grow as fast in just one month after TUR channel? All doctors mentioned is a relief for atleast years. - Catheter came with great difficulty and not a permanent relief. Should we go for direct insertion of the tube in the bladder urine? His Gleason score is nine. PSA is below 4, but showed slight increase from 1.96 to 2.4 approx.
Please see the web pages for more details on transurethral resection of the prostate. I have 69 years and taking alfuzosin hydrochloride (generic name) to reduce the size of the prostate. In some cases, TURP is not 100% successful and therefore a second operation is performed to remove the obstructing tissue.
